Repair Services

PC Board It’s a fact of life that field failures exist. DMS provides repair services for products developed in-house. As part of the repair process, we don’t just perform the repairs. We log in all repairs received; record the symptom and work performed in the repair process. Using this statistical data, we can suggest possible product improvements.

When the design and manufacturing is done in-house and once a design solution has been determined, we will usually update the PCB artwork and documentation at no charge to the customer. The customer is responsible only for the redesign/engineering effort and any manufacturing set up costs (if applicable).
